About 6 months ago we started ripping out all the old tile and leaking plumbing out of an old bathroom that we want to be used for all of our guests who stay at Casa De Alabbanza. The next steps now are to install new plumbing, re-plaster all the walls and paint them, tile the floor and shower walls, install brand new toilet, sink, mirror, 3 light fixtures, door and instant electric water heater.
